We hereby notice that Whiz Partners Inc. agreed on MOU between CRI Middleware Co., Ltd, and one of Chinese most famous media group Shanghai Oriental Pearl Media Co.,Ltd (Address; No.757 Yishan Road, Xuhui District, CEO：Ling Gang) to explore cooperation opportunities in fields of game IP, game R&D, game testing, and game distribution in China market.
In addition to this alliance, Whiz Asia Evolution Fund Investment Limited Partnership made an Investment Agreement on November 12th 2015 with CRI Middleware.
